[all][wiki] Wiki structure

I'd like to suggest maintaining structure to the Commons wiki, similar
to what we have for the Commons website as much as possible i.e. all
wiki pages for a project go under the project "parent".

i.e., for example, here is a project parent:
http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-commons/SCXML

Here is a wiki page belonging to the above project:
http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-commons/SCXML/ProjectProposal (can do
"show parent" here)

This is merely a suggestion, don't mean to make posting on the wiki
any harder, that'd defeat the purpose ;-)
