[Android] What should be the correct behaviour for CB-1742?

Hey

I'm looking at this bug with the dialogs that Cordova uses, and I'm
wondering what the behaviour should be.  Since the back button doesn't
cause us to go back one page when we exit out of the dialog, I think
we shouldn't fire an event here.  However, I want to know if anyone
has any thoughts to the contrary on this, since all I have to go on is
my personal opinion.

So, any thoughts?
