functional tests

I'm trying to run the f-tests from home, the way everyone likes before I
commit anything.

And I cant run the address book test case

    [junit] Running samples.addr.AddressBookTestCase
    [junit] java.io.FileNotFoundException:
C:\Java\Apache\xml-axis\java\test-rep
orts\TEST-samples.addr.AddressBookTestCase.xml (The system cannot find the
path
specified)

Is this like, expected?
