Tomcat 9.0.x and 8.5.x no longer set the Server header by default.
Setting the server attribute on a Connector still replaces any value specified
by the web application.
A new attribute serverRemoveAppProvidedValues allows any application specified
value to be removed.
This change will be included in:
- 9.0.0.M7 onwards
- 8.5.3 onwards
