   UX Issue:
   
   There are 2 'Apply' buttons in the flow of modifying a Time Range native filter - 
   1. In the filter bar
   2. In the Time Range filter popover
   The one in the popover (shown in screenshot) is misleading because it doesn't actually apply the filter, and is clicked first.
