I guess I can create a "flink" directory in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/ myself.

Also, it seems that the repository.apache.org release space is already set up correctly.


Also, I want to thank the whole INFRA team for doing an amazing job. Thank you for supporting the projects with great tools!
