about maxclient

the scoreboard is allocated by the size of serverlimit,and another set is
maxclient,but if you set maxclient,you can`t change it unless restart,as
workload changing ,change maxclient may be a better choice,I think ,can I
suppose if this change is efficient like the model of MM/N queue
