   Closing this. Existing Google provider tests fail on this branch (`TypeError: mock_base_gcp_hook_default_project_id() got an unexpected keyword argument 'subject'`), and the only testing described is that the code compiles. It also brings back per-operator delegation that the provider removed (`GCSToGoogleDriveOperator.delegate_to` and `LocalFilesystemToGoogleDriveOperator.delegate_to`, replaced by `impersonation_chain`), and the linked #67051 is about `CloudComposerExternalTaskSensor`.
