Wiki problem?

When I view http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/FixingErrors and scan
down to Customizing (or failure to customize), there are three entries.

The pointers for those entries are fouled up. I don't know whether it's
my browser or the Wiki.

I edited my local.cf file, but SpamAssassin isn't recognising the
changes: LocalCfNotRead -- This link is OK, sort of.

In what order are the SpamAssassin configuration files read?:
ConfFileOrder -- This link seems to point to a newer/bigger version of
LocalCfNotRead. It does not answer this question.

How do I disable certain checks?: DisablingRules -- This link contains
text which answers the question above. It does not answer how to disable
checks.

Do others find the same problem? If so, I can fix the middle link, but
someone else would need to supply/revert the third one.
