Review Comment:
   Yeah, I was thinking the same. The check now is `epoch < timestamp < now`, but it should be `epoch < timestamp <= now`. In the last commit I fixed `relativeTimeMs` and added back the `nowMs` check. Thanks for the review.

Review Comment:
