CXF 2.1.6

Hello,  Does anybody know when  CXF 2.1.6  will be available ? I am
waiting for a fix.

Later this week.   We're waiting for a fix to a security violation in xmlsec 
to cycle through the deps.   (just waiting for wss4j to finish now)  

Also fixing a couple other issues.   I'm hoping to do builds tomorrow.
