When running apachectl -k restart the following error appears in the error log,
no other adverse side effects are noticed. 

httpd is compiled from source.

Loaded Modules:
 core_module (static)
 mpm_prefork_module (static)
 http_module (static)
 so_module (static)
Syntax OK


I've tested this on 3 machines one running ubuntu 9.04 one ubuntu 9.10 and one
running 10.04.

I get the same error consistently when doing a graceful restart (which I do in
order to update a downloaded CRL file).

I am running Apache 2.2.16 on a Debian squeeze system.

Here is the version string:
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) PHP/5.3.3-7+squeeze3 with Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.16
OpenSSL/0.9.8o WebAuth/3.7.3 configured
