   This error makes no sense >=1.2.5 is ok for 1.2.5. 
   1. Are you sjure you used the right Python version?
   2. Can you upgrade PIP to latest version
   
   @uranusjr - I have no time to take a look at it soon, can you please take a look? I think we had similar case before that wrong conflict was reported
