[ANNOUNCE] Release Apache SeaTunnel (Incubating) 2.2.0-beta

We are glad to announce the release of Apache SeaTunnel(incubating)
2.2.0-beta. Once again I would like to express my thanks to your help.

SeaTunnel: SeaTunnel(Incubating) is a distributed, high-performance data
