Persistent workdir == segfault

There's been a bit of confusion about whether or not Tomcat can, currently,
use persistent work directories (based on the conflicting advice I've
received).

The answer is: For me, on Linux with JDK 1.2.2, Tomcat 3.0 will cause a
segmentation fault if persistent work dirs are turned on. This usually
happens after shutting down Tomcat, then restarting it and attempting to
access a (previously cached) JSP. It might also have problems with servlets,
although that could have simply been a side effect.

This has been fixed, get the latest nightly build. It is broken in 3.0
