[I] Report malformed lattice dictionary content as InvalidFormatException (opennlp)
rzo1 opened a new issue, #1441:
URL: https://github.com/apache/opennlp/issues/1441
MecabDictionary, CategoryTable and UnigramSegmenter report malformed dictionary content with a plain IOException, so callers cannot tell a broken file apart from a missing file or a failed read. Other OpenNLP loaders use InvalidFormatException for malformed content. The lattice tokenizer loaders should throw InvalidFormatException for malformed lines, ids, ranges and categories, and keep plain IOException for missing files, read failures and size limits.
