Upload widget

Hi ,

When uploading a file with the same name as one previously uploaded a  new file is created with an  
incremented file name eg.

image.jpg
0_ image.jpg
1_ image.jpg
etc.

Please, how can I get the widget to replace the old file with the new file keeping the same file name
