   This PR updates the code for the weekly Jenkins job to start using the version set in the package.json file to create the timestamped snapshots.
   
   The following logic was defined:
   - If the version present in the package.json file is `0.0.0`, then the timestamped snapshot will be 999.0.0-YYYYMMDD-SNAPSHOT.
   - If the version present in the package.json file is NOT `0.0.0`, then the timestamped snapshot will be ${version}-YYYYMMDD-SNAPSHOT.
