[users@httpd] QUESTION: which one to start first

Dear all,
 
here are two questions I would like to have your expert opinions on:
 
1. If one has both Apache and Tomcat running on the same machine (W2K Pro), does it matter which one is started first?
2. After starting the first one of them, do you need to wait a few seconds before starting the second one?
