[GitHub] incubator-trafficcontrol pull request #650: adds data patch step to upgrade....

    adds data patch step to upgrade.pl

    This adds a patches.sql execution step after migration and seeds, for cases where the upgrade requires data patches needing both the new data structure and seed data to be present.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dg4prez/incubator-trafficcontrol db_patches

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafficcontrol/pull/650.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #650
