xml-axis name/path in distribution

Hello,

Is there any reason the axis jar/zip is named xml-axis* and the path in the
.zip starts with xml-axis?
I checked the latest nightly .zip.
Shouldn't this be ws-axis or some other name? (The .zip path root of rc2 was
called axis-1_1RC2\)
