As discusses in the dev@ ML, once introduced OpenID Connect in the client-demo, a chicken-egg issue is raised since the demo is inside the oauth2 submodule, which depends from oidc, which depends from oauth2.

The circular build dependency can be resolved putting the demos under a separated submodule in order to create the demo package only after both oauth2 and oidc
