[jira] Created: (MNG-1411) mvn site:site generates empty javadoc report

mvn site:site generates empty javadoc report
--------------------------------------------

         Key: MNG-1411
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-1411
     Project: Maven 2
        Type: Bug
  Components: maven-site-plugin
    Reporter: Boris Boehlen

When I invoke mvn site:site an empty report for javadoc is generated. The reporting section of the POM looks like.

  <reporting>
    <plugins>
      <plugin>
        <artifactId>maven-javadoc-plugin</artifactId>
      </plugin>
    </plugins>
  </reporting>

If I invoke "mvn javadoc:javadoc" the Javadoc is generated properly under target/javadoc/...
