COM dll for VB needed (tried ver 1.2 but too buggy)

If you have compiled the C++ version of Xerces into a
COM dll and have anything more recent than the 1.2
version, can you send it my way or point me to it. The
1.2 version is just too buggy to use and you can't
redistribute msxml so it won't work for my purposes.
