Without knowing what /home/jenkins/jenkins-slave/workspace/PreCommit-ZOOKEEPER-Build/trunk/src/java/test/bin/test-patch.sh is trying to do, this is going to be hard to troubleshoot. Can you let us know what commands your test-patch.sh script is trying to run against Jira?
