Auto expand menu

Hi,

I can't find documentation on how to auto expand all menu items when tab
is selected.

Forrest normally expands (displays with sub-items) only the menu
that (in site.xml) contains a a reference to the currently open file.

This can be one or none (for example if tabs.xml defines a default
file that is not listed in site.xml)

afaik expanding all menues at once is not possible or if so is probably
exploiting a bug, isn't it?

One easy way to achieve that though is to simply open the Forrest site
with JavaScript disabled. If you do, you will get a completely open
menu tree under each tab.

Going from there it might make sense to add a new skinconfig setting
that control the addition of the JavaScript code that collapses the
menues.
