Scheduler Jobs not running

Hello 

Am facing with the issue of the scheduler jobs not running, 

The system shows the previous run was 28 January 2018 and next run is on April 2018. 

I see the same issue was once issued https://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOSX-2499 but it doesn't say how exactly was solved. 

Can someone help?
