Right now the box above the reviews that shows a stats snapshot (i.e., the % recommended and the various "ease of use", "installation" ratings) uses one outdated measurement (recommended) and doesn't include the star histogram we use on the non-EV version of the reviews page.

Remove % recommended and replace it with the star histogram from the non-EV design.
