Missing file(s) from Xalan-C_0_40_0-win32.zip

     Hi,
     
     I've downloaded extracted all of the files from the zip file posted on 
     the website. Following the build instructions, I'm encountering 
     numerous build problems due to directories/files missing. Among them 
     are:
     
     util/PlatformUtils.hpp
     dom/DOMString.hpp
     
     Am I doing something wrong when building or is there a more recent zip 
     file which has all the requisite files ?
