Integrating Alfredo into Oozie OOZIE-77/GH-35

We had this patch in standby with the agreement that we would
integrate into Oozie if Hadoop uses Alfredo.

Given that Alfredo is now part of Hadoop 0.23, I'll be
rebasing/refactoring the patch so Oozie uses hadoop-auth (Alfredo) for
its webservices authentication.
