Recently I found out the repository has blocked the machines in my university (HKUST).
Could you please unblock IPs such as "143.89.126.*"?

Dongsun,
You have exceeded what we normally expect for users. This I expect is because you are mining data.
If you want to do this, you should grab a copy of the p7-zip copy of the repo, and then run svnsync if you want the repo to be current.
