[ASTERIXDB-3051][COMP] Add ANALYZE DATASET DROP STATISTICS statement

- interface changes: no
Details:
ANALYZE DATASET DROP STATISTICS should drop the samples indexes
that are created by ANALYZE DATASET statement.
