[dev] GSOC: REST interface for Libcloud. Weekly report #1

Hello,
This is my second weekly report on the progress of my GSoC project.  Most
of the previous week I was spent around testing. I finally figured out how
to provide testing.

What I've done this week:
- Wrote a tests for some providers
- Added travis ci support
- Installed python 2.5 with ssl module on Ubuntu 12.04.
- Added to Tox Python2.5 and pep8 support
- A bunch of smaller fixes to keep the code clean.
Problems I've faced:
 - How to access libcloud fixtures
- On Travis CI Python2.5 has not ssl module

Plans for the next week
- Start working on some kind of validation framework for incoming data
- Documentation - just make sure docstrings are up to date
