XSDocumentInfo

Hi Neil,

The class XSDocumentInfo has its member variables as protected and also, there 
are no getters for this. So, if I have to get the value of say, 'blockDefault' 
attribute of schema element, it makes sense to use XSDocumentInfo. But how do I 
get the value?.

What about having some getters or making these member variables as public?.
