Fwd: foundation: r66956 - /foundation/Meetings/20160322/proxies-received/goodale.txt
Two comments:
1. The proxy filing tool is not listed at https://whimsy.apache.org (or am I going blind)?
2. It would be useful to allow secretary (team) to file these. They already show up in the secmail. We should probably add a button for proxy-received.

Correction: availids can - and do - include underscores.
So either we need to find a better delimiter - one which is not a
shell metacharacter and is usable on at least Windows/Unix-based
systems - or the file names need to use availids only.
Insisting on availids only would make things much simpler.

The self-service code for members at
https://whimsy.apache.org/members/proxy/
does not seem to be listed; I will fix that.

The self-service code writes the form to the proxies-received/ folder
using the name <availid>.txt
We should please keep the same convention for mailed proxy forms.
Since availids cannot contain underscores, if necessary a suffix can
be added, for example:
clr_emailed.pdf
