I would agree; it would be even better if the ASF used
us more.

Although not a committer, I am willing to stay on
as a member-lurker on the PMC.

Thanks for the clarification Jim.

For committers, while you're at casting your vote if you do not want to be
part of the new PMC please speak up, otherwise by saying +1 you're also
saying you'd like to be part of the new PMC.

Sorry for the confusion.

It's most likely better to ask...

Actually I made the assumption that all committers would have liked to be
part of it, all in all we could add more people over time if we do
graduate... or you think it would be more appropriate to ask first? Pardon
me but my experience with the graduation process is limited, every
suggestion is more than welcome.

Are you going to ask who wishes to stay on in the new PMC?

I would be fine with that. I'd also support anyone else that would want to
stand for VP.

Yea, we need a name for our VP, and it seems to me you're the natural
candidate!
Going to craft a VOTE mail right away, time flies...

Anyone else have any points of discussion before voting commences?

I also note that our podling report is due in two days, Mar 5. We should have
someone write that up with a comment about graduation and we can update it
last-minute as needed and allowed.

Can someone volunteer to send the necessary vote emails to get this
running? The March board meeting is two weeks from Wednesday - we could
just barely squeak in if everything went perfectly.
