Manning Publications needs an author or co-authors for a book that will
explain Apache's internal workings in language appropriate for computing
and programming professionals.

We need a writer who'll give the reader a practical explanation of the
Apache API, focusing on relevant parts for implementing custom modules. The
book is intended to be not be a line-by-line code review but rather a
step-by-step guide to implementing
custom modules, generalized enough to apply to any module coding project.
It will need to cover techniques for reuse of frequently-used components
and also debugging modules.

If you're interested in working on this project, please drop a line
describing your qualifications to ao@manning.com.

(You can see Manning's current list of titles at http://www.manning.com)
