a)"BAD_RECORDS_ACTION","jfie"  
b)"BAD_RECORDS_LOGGER_ENABLE","FLSE"
For both the above cases test case is passing, which is improper, 
Validation is not done for the values to the corresponding key which is expected.
Basically, it is accepting any string values.
