Make DUCC agents set the variable DUCC_OS_ARCH to the value of the system property "os.arch" when launching processes.  If left undefined on the user's side, any references to ${DUCC_OS_ARCH} will be left as-is by the CLI and replaced with the appropriate value when launched (e.g. ppc64 or amd64)
