The issue is that commit [4ca64b|https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-cordova-docs.git;a=commit;h=4ca64bf6d030729210b32515255c64c2fbe76eeb] has removed the images because 2.2.0 no longer encourages an IDE environment.

As a heads up [~agrieve], the documentation shares the images across all versions. I know it's not the ideal setup, but that's currently how it works.

I'll go ahead and restore the images shortly.
