I think it is caused by pre-wrapping in css. Not sure why it is added.
Here's the commit that introduced it: https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/7f741905b06ed6d3dfbff6db41a3355dab71aa3c
I think the css style should be removed, or better than that - the strings in `org.apache.spark.ui.Tooltips` should have `stripMargin` on them.
[~andrewor14] I can open a PR, if you can confirm (the commit is yours, I think (?) :))
