### Description
On the Add Transformations page, the information about how and why a certain transformation field is needed is in consistent, some are more expressive than others. Therefore we need to standardize how transformations should be presented to users to ensure they understand the intention of every field. To begin with, we can follow the rules like:
- What is this transformation field?
- What is it used for? (What metrics? What dashboards?)
- How do you fill in this field?
- An example
- All of the items above have consistent wording
Whether such information should be displayed inline or in a tooltip can be discussed later.
