It would be good to get this more aligned and similar across runtimes, and also to let Camel log on startup which health-check implementation is in use: main, spring boot, microprofile etc.

spring boot is discovered and installed via spring boot auto-configuration
microprofile health is not discoverd and registered by camel, but MP only
main currently is manual and limited.
