   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   We keep the last 1024 bytes of subprocess stdout in a separate buffer, to be propagated in the exception message in a nonzero error code.
   
   Fixes https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-27962
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   Added unit tests
