In what file is the number of FOP's version ?

In what file is the number of FOP's version?
Because by copying FOP to another server and performer (version 0.20.3), FOP
shows me 0.20.1

It's in conf/config.xml. The version number is inserted during the build
process and originally comes from build.xml.
