mgt/ApplicationSecurityManager.java - should deprecate authenticate method

within /mgt/ApplicationSecurityManager.java, the Authenticator methods:

line 272,  the authenticate method should be deprecated as it calls the
@Deprecated authenticate method residing in the DefaultAuthenticator

apologies, I did not mention that I am focusing on shiro 2.0

further, the login method within this class would need to change to call
authenticateAccount
