We need to add methods in OMMetadataManager to make it snapshot aware.

Specifically, all the methods OMMetadataManager::get*Table() by default return rocksDB table associated with the active ObjectStore by default. We need to add methods to get the tables corresponding to the given Snapshot.

 

This Jira can be used to track all the related tasks.
