   ### Steps to reproduce
   Open <test/touch-test.html> in mobile phone.
   1. Click button "to Fixed".
   2. Touch outside the chart and move to scroll the page quickly and touchend, make sure the page still scroll by freewheel.
   3. Before the scrolling stop, touchstart at the chart.
   4. Then the chart will can not be dataZoomed, either on the cartesian nor on the "slider zoom bar".
   
   ### What is expected?
   That bad case does not happen.
   
   ### What is actually happening?
   Out of control.
