 ** DRAFT RELEASE NOTES **

+
+According to the [Long Term Maintenance (LTM)][LTM] strategy, the intent is to
+maintain the X.X release line with critical bug and security fixes until one
+year after the next LTM version is released.

Review comment:
@milleruntime This isn't necessary. The LTM front-matter will trigger the page to be populated with a link to what LTM means. If we want to expand the information about LTM in the release notes directly, it should be done in the layout, not in each release.

Review comment:
       > I copied this from the 1.10.0 release notes. But I guess the LTM trigger was added after that release?

No. It looks like I added it at the same time. Maybe it just got lost in the noise and I forgot that it might be redundant. Or maybe I wanted to bring extra attention to the first LTM release. I can't remember. In any case, I could take it or leave it. I just thought it worth revisiting the wording, to avoid redundancy if it's not needed. I don't feel strongly about it either way.

Review comment:
OK no problem. I agree it is redundant so will drop it. I was just curious as to why we had the extra wording.

Review comment:
Correction, it seems you added an "LTS" section when it was drafted, and I renamed it to "LTM", edited it a little bit, and then added the front-matter thing. In any case, I'm still ambivalent about keeping it or removing it.
