Hi all,

I started with creation of a *3.0.0-beta-01* branch and the according removal of the *V4 server coding*.
See therefore the branch [3.0.0-beta-01|https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=olingo-odata4.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/3.0.0-beta-01] and the commit [\[OLINGO-575\] Removed V4 server code|https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=olingo-odata4.git;a=commit;h=f7a7b484abe5a970ae49859d386dc8a2d564f61b].
